A : Of Course, Our transfer service is available from/to Hotels, Airbnb and Special Address.

A : Yes, we are able to provide a 24 hour service. We will meet you at any time of day there will be no extra charge for unsocial hours.

A : The earlier the better. However, 2 hours would be recommended before flight arrival. If you are making a last minute booking it is best to call or Whatsapp us.

A : You can apply Online Reservation Form and we confirm your Reservation by email few minutes later. Everything you need, will be in that E-mail.

A : You just need to fill the reservation form, it is as simple and safe as that.

A : Yes, we will confirm your booking within 5 minutes of receipt. Please check your Inbox, Spam Inbox or Junk Mail. If you do not receive this confirmation, please contact us.

A : No, you do not need to pay in advance. You may pay by cash on arrival. (You can pay in EUR, USD, TL.). You can also make your Payment by PayPal in advance.

A : Smoking in licensed in Private Hire Vehicle is against the law. There are heavy penalties if anyone including theis found smoking in one of our vehicles.

A : Our (24/7) Meeting & Greeting Team will be waiting at the arrivals lounge of the airport terminal and will be waiting for you at the exit of the customs hall holding a board with Our Company Logo.

Once you have met with our friendly Staff, you will be escorted directly to your vehicle.
Drivers wait in the Minivans (not inside Airport).

If you should fail to find our Staff, please DO NOT LEAVE the Airport and Call or Whatsapp us 7/24.

A : We monitor flight arrivals before any drivers are dispatched, as a result we do NOT charge you any extra if your flight is delayed.

A : You may cancel your booking up to 4 hours before the transfer time by E-mailing, Whatsapp or Phone Call.

In case the transfer is paid in advance via PayPal, your payment will be refunded without a penalty. If the cancellation will be made less than 4 hours before your transfer time, no refund will be given.

A : Please Don't forget your personal belongings in the Vehicle. (Mobile Phones, Bags, Suitcases etc.) The vehicles work under reservation and other people use the vehicles after your transfer service. We can not be responsible for items left in the vehicles.

Please check the inside of the Vehicle before leaving. Please check Luggage while the driver is loading and unloading.
